Lännen Tractors initiates change negotiations as part of Summa Defence Group’s adjustment measures

Lännen Tractors is initiating change negotiations as part of measures being implemented within the Summa Defence Group aimed at adjusting the cost structure and strengthening cash flow.

The negotiations will assess potential personnel-related measures, which may include temporary layoffs and material changes to employment terms for salaried employees and senior salaried employees.

The planned measures affect a maximum of 24 employees. Specific decisions will be determined as the change negotiations progress.

These measures are part of actions previously announced by the Summa Defence Group to stabilize the Group’s financial position and strengthen liquidity in the long term.
